PRLog (Press Release) – Jul 08, 2011 – New sales data shows that Chevrolet sold more Cruzes than the competitors' high selling Honda Civic and Toyota Camry during the month of June.
The new and improved 2011 Chevrolet Cruze which was introduced last year is the third best seller overall, co 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible ming in right behind the Chevy Silverado pickups and Ford F- series.
The Honda Civic fell out of the Top 10 list this June. Usually the Civic ranks close to the Toyota Camry. John Mendel who is Honda's top executive has made it known that the production of the 2012 Honda Civic wont be back up to normal till this fall. And we say, bring it on.
With Japan workers still striving to work with suppliers after March 11th earthquake and tsunami have been working to get their assembly lines back to normal as soon as possible and are expecting to be back to normal faster than earlier projections. With Japanese production closer to normal, stated by Lache, "We expect [seasonally –adjusted sales rates to accelerate- possibly to above trend levels."
Now that more Civics, Camrys, and Corollas goverment technology are expected to arrive on car l raising chickens ots it's really hard to say what the Top 10 list will end up looking like for the months to come. One thing is for sure. We don't expect the Chevy Cruze to lose popularity anytime soon.
Experts say the timing of the Cruze is critical since smaller vehicles are becoming the fastest-growing segment in the U.S. automobile industry. People are collectively starting to purchase vehicles with better gas mileage 531276856 and more t mustang car echnological advancements.
